On June 2, 2026, HealthShare Exchange said its hosting systems and data integration tools renewed HITRUST r2 certification. The recertification cited evidence against 536 controls. HSX has maintained HITRUST-certified status since 2017. Alice Vuong, vice president and chief information security officer, said the certification is a continuous organizational effort to safeguard health data moving across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.
